Instead of designing our product around the software we have taken the approach of focusing strongly on the user experience. It's how we started and this is how we want to continue to grow. Our innovative product is relatively young, but we are hoping to create a bit of a ripple in the industry.
We are Sagitari.ai – a brand new, people centered Email Marketing Technology.

So where and how we can make an impact – are the questions we set out to answer.
We deep dived and looked at the actual needs of email marketers. Of course it’s always the same for the entire industry: making sure you are doing all the right things with deliverability.
We sat down with people who didn’t have any idea about email marketing and we asked them to simply send an email. We tried different products and different test groups. From that we found some patterns common to all of them.
- We realized that one of the most critical things with email marketing was ease of use, doing things quickly and effectively by having access to the right kind of tools and functionalities.
It was a big thing. People who are new email marketers or those who try to figure out how to run businesses, especially during Covid times, became our main focus group.
And so, Sagitari was born.
- What we were able to do was make a very easy user interface and a system designed so all that needs to be done is executed simply.
- We are very proud of some awesome features that people who know the industry will recognise as really good and rate highly. For example we are really proud of our reporting features – if you don’t know how things are going how are you going to improve? We felt the need to master that service and we hope we have done a good job on that.
- We don’t call our clients – clients…we call them partners, because we are in it together to be successful.
- What does the future hold? We will go towards the AI direction. What if there was an email marketing system that empowers you to simply speak into your computer mic or mobile and create reports or send emails?
- This holistic human approach is our key to success, so we are looking forward to carrying that energy into the future.
We are also looking to work and cooperate with different partners who want to expand on our capabilities.
