Yourself – The future owner of Sagitari’s product vision will:

  • Collaborate with prospective users & clients to anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Own vision and roadmapping
  • Ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product
  • Set, prioritize and evaluate the work generated by the software development team
  • Maximize team work efforts in building a platform customers will love using
  • Figure out the business cases and user perspective that Sagitari is solving – a key component
  • Bring your team on a successful creative journey
  • Manage any backlogs if they occur
  • Lead transforming business needs into clearly structured stories and tasks
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Work together with marketing, account management, sales, and engineering teams towards a common goal Always consider the bigger picture

Required Superpowers:

  • At least two years experience in a similar role
  • It’s a plus if you have been a part of an E-marketing ecosystem in the past
  • Basic knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST APIs and DNS
  • Programming experience welcomed – but not essential
  • Excellent analytical and critical problem solving skills
  • Deep empathy for the user and sharp product instincts
  • Enjoying troubleshooting problems and overcoming technical and non-technical challenges
  • Ability to find the right tone for all stakeholders – you are available and engaged
  • Being curious about people and problems, good listening skills with natural interest to dig in, ideate, and find solutions
  • Self-motivation and great organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You can deal with the responsibility of the final decision belonging to you
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Happy to work in a fast changing environment
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Residing in Europe
