Yourself – The future hero of our customer success story will:

  • Become the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a long lasting and enjoyable business relationship
  • Listen to customer needs and wants
  • Be responsible for integrating clients’ feedback into our Marketing Automation
  • Monitor key performance indicators of clients’ email campaigns
  • Take action by developing new strategies that prioritize customers growth, deliverability and revenue
  • Welcome new customers with a smooth onboarding journey
  • Be comfortable with conducting training and demonstrations
  • Tackle optional end-to-end business negotiations – supported by our Commision Programme benefits

Required Superpowers:

  • At least two years experience in a Customer Support role
  • Extensive experience with CRM software and related technologies
  • It’s a plus if you have been a part of an E-marketing ecosystem in the past
  • General knowledge of HTML, REST APIs and DNS
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise
  • Leadership, organizational, and time management skills are something you are proud of
  • Great interpersonal and communication competency
  • Being willing to take ownership of decisions made
  • Comfortable working in a fast changing environment
  • Possess a happy-to-help attitude
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Residing in Europe
